The Stainless Steel Corrugated Hose is available in stainless steel grades (AISI) 321, 316L, and 304 by forming consolation so that it may conveniently bend while remaining liquid and gas tight. The hoses of specific length as per requirement can be manufactured with the end fittings in flanged/threaded types. The flexible hose are available in bradings of stainless steel wire to take care of external damage and to increase pressure ratings.

When pressure is applied, unbraided Corrugated Hose tends to elongate axially. To restrain this, a external layer of S.S. wire braid is provided. The braid also makes the assembly pressure resistant. Sometimes two or even three layers of braiding are provide for high pressure applications. The braiding is highly flexible & follows the movement of the hose. The braid is normally manufactured in S.S. 304 Wire, however S.S. 316 & S.S. 321 braid can also be manufactured. We also supply wire braid in different configurations as per customer specifications.
