This composition ensures high corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and heat resistance, making it ideal for various applications such as aircraft exhaust systems, welding equipment, chemical processing apparatus, and jet engine components.

To ensure compliance with rigorous standards, Mcneil Instrument conducts a series of tests on its components. These include intergranular corrosion tests using copper-copper sulfate in 16% sulfuric acid, aimed at minimizing post-weld intergranular corrosion. Additionally, corrosion cracking tests, elevated temperature corrosion cracking tests, and tensile and yield strength tests are performed.

While not all tests are mandatory, Mcneil Instrument provides optional tests upon customer request, ensuring customized quality assurance. However, for 321H pipes, EN10204 3.1 and 3.2 certificates are mandatory, necessitating the completion of these tests. Third-party tests are conducted as needed, and approved laboratory tests are performed when required to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability.
